What's seamless pipe standard?

ASME A312/A312M is the standard of seamless pipe. In this standard, you can see chemical composition requirement, including carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, columbium, tantalum, nitrogen, vanadium, copper, cerium, boron, aluminum.
